Shipping

We will do our best to ship all orders out within 24hrs of receiving them. Auspost will deliver within 1-3 days of dispatch.

You will be emailed order confirmation and tracking advice prior to dispatch.

For International orders, please allow around 10 business days for delivery.

Ordering and Payment

We currently only sell via our website. We accept Visa and Mastercard, and do not accept cheque, money order, direct deposit or cash on delivery as payment methods. We are looking into including PayPal as an option in the future.

Returns


We offer refunds or exchange for full price items within 14 days of payment, provided a receipt or proof of purchase can be provided. The item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it with original tags attached.

We do not accept returns on any item not in its original condition, items damaged for reasons not due to our error, or items returned more than 14 days after delivery. If a garment(s) is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a replacement or refund will be issued. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund; unless faulty or wrongly described.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at hello@pantactive.com.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

PANT Active reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by a PANT Active team member, a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a refund issued.

a) PANT Active will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
b) Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non refundable.
c) For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
d) You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with your order.
e) In the event that your product is lost in transit, PANT Active will not be held liable.
f) We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited
